Dear Flaviano Giorgini I am just replying your very low class message, that you have sent on my web site exactly on the 10 October 2018. the message seem to be genuine as it was sent from your University e-mail fg36@ac.uk. Regrettably, I have noticed that your style of expression has remained offensive, and it is exactly the same as it was 10 years ago, when I was in your department of genetics. Unfortunately, when a subject did not receive a proper education from his family, he/she remains a low class person for the rest of his/her life and unfortunately chances to change result to be remotely. Your message confirm what entirely I have been written on my web site and the way you and your colleagues have awfully treated me.
You know dear Flaviano Giorgini despite having received the most outrageous offences, I have never offended you and those colleagues that have been perpetrating the abuse. This is simply question of class, that you unfortunately do not have.
If you are not a gentleman it does not mean you are not a good scientist. Unfortunately, even there you are an entirely failure. I can mention few points in regard; downregulating and overexpressing genes in a randomly manner in fruit flies does not bring any appreciable results in term of elucidating potential mechanism of disorders or the mechanisms of those elected genes, like the Huntington disease for which you think to be an expertise. Inserting mammalian genes in fruit flies again can potentially affect the homeostasis of the entire system of that animal model and nothing else providing false positive outcomes. But you are so cleaver to understand these basic aspects. I remember when you proudly spread out the story that you made a discover on fruit flies, showing that the fruit flies have the same catabolic tryptophan mechanism like it is seen in mammalian, I remember how proud you were about this sensational discover, but to be perfectly honest I do not see anything sensational. Pathways previously validated in mammalian do not have any sense being elucidated in the insects as in the validation table insects are in the previous step and I doubt anyway that this mechanism is present in fruit flies. About you team of research, I remember how good they were particularly manipulating the data. An entirely failure Dr Flaviano Giorgini oops! Prof Flaviano Giorgini. I know that you play music or potentially you have been attempting to do so for ages, unfortunately, it is just noise that causes a remarkably headache.
About myself, you said that I was one of the worse student you ever had. Strangely, I had 4 publications and you mentioned it in one of your e-mail (copy of it is showed on this web site). I have always had great marks in biology during my A levels in Italy during my HNC in biology obtained in uk and doing my degree in pharmacology again obtained in uk, I have also received good appreciation from my previous teachers.
When I was 10 years old, I fed pigeons with rice for many days after 20 days the pigeons showed to have the neck re-curved and after a while were dying due to the impossibility to feed themselves. This condition for which I strongly believe you do not know is called Beri-Beri is caused by the totally absence of vitamin B. Inadvertently, I caused the problem to the pigeons but I was able to recover some of them I searched on the stock of treatments in my house and I was capable to administrate the complex of vitamin B and I was able to save some of them. This what show to be a scientist. But I have another story, on the 2002 not having yet the degree in pharmacology for which I would like to remind you I was almost first class, I proposed to Prof GianLuigi Gessa (notable Italian scientist), the possibility to extend the therapeutic application of a treatment initially patent to treat Parkinson’s disease to other treatment such as ADHD or unipolar depression, well in the 2010 the Chelsea Pharmaceutical started a trial on humans on the above therapeutic application.
I also would like to remind you that in your dep I was able to passed my exam and my thesis exam lasted 6 hours in front of the 1 hour of your other students and I reached the stage of the exam despite the awfully treatment received. I am much stronger than you Dr Flaviano Giorgini oops Prof Flaviano Giorgini. I remember also your colleague Bamboccio sorry Bambos (spelling mistake) when I proposed the possibility to generate the animal model in fruit flies of the unipolar depression he told me that it was not possible after 3 month of my proposal downregulating the gene of the octopamine another scientist made for the first time this model but downregulating anther neurotransmitter involved on the unipolar depression he downregulated the gene responsible to codify one enzyme involved in the pathway of the serotonin. Both serotonin and octopamine are involved in the process of cognitive function and behaviour related issues in flies.
There is nothing I have to learn from you and the other pseudo scientists in your dep.
I strongly believe that a scientist should have humility and interest for science and human conditions but not interest of career as unfortunately you only have. In that dep indeed there was a real scientist Alex Jeffrey not because he discovered the DNA finger printing, but because he was a humble and passionate person with manners of gentleman, very polite, he would not have your style of expression, all the basic to be a gentleman and a scientist, for certain are characteristics that you do not have.
Another small thought, I believe that our life is in fact a PhD and you will face God one day to be judged, please do not expect that a corrupted judge will make you escape from God as it happened in UK during the legal procedure of this case.
About getting close to Universities, it is entirely my business.

Max, please don’t make the mistake of thinking that you will ever be a scientist. What your time in Leicester has shown us is that through your infantile outbursts, you simply cannot communicate properly. As your former PH.D adviser(and someone with a PH.D myself), I believe it is my lifelong duty to offer you advice, especially when you require it to such a large degree.
I would strongly advise you to either repeat primary school or to pursue a career where clear and concise communication is not of significant importance, such as a cleaner or pizza delivery driver. I think this will be good for you.

Let me please reply you very syntactically;
1. I am actually the one being constantly and repeatedly insulted and offended from the members of your University and that includes yourself., and it is still occurring after almost 10 years from the date in which I started the PhD.
2. The OIA acts in favour of Universities and it is widely known in Uk.
3. I have the right to speech and this site was done to show the brutality in terms of bullying and abuse that the University of Leicester has perpetrated against me, still doing so.
4. This story is a story of public interest I have the right to make it public.
5. You can attempt to have the web site shouted down, you have to provide good reasons for it, as I mentioned before the offences have been perpetrated against me and not the other way round as you want to show.
6. In order to shut down the web site you have to refer it to the uk court persuade it that the web site is offensive against the University, after that you have to persuade the court in USA as the company of the web owner is located in USA, again the court in USA has to be persuaded that the site is offensive against the University, instead it is clearly offensive against me.
7. Admitting that you are going to succeed shouting down the web site, I will open it again.
8. Doing all above, especially number 6 will make this story even much popular and will drop in the interest of the media world wide, and it is exactly what I am trying to do.
Everybody paid and is responsible about their actions, I have never asked the University to bully me and abuse against me.

Failing your Ph.D is not a newsworthy event which is why nobody visits your website. With regards to the University calling you ‘rubbish’ ‘potty’ and ‘dick’, I should inform you that since these things were true when they were said, the University cannot be accused of bullying.
I will reiterate Dr. Giorgini’s advice and encourage you to stay away from any other Higher Education Institutions, they shouldn’t be forced to deal with your rubbish work as well. Should we find out you are a student at any other provider, we have the right to directly send them a negative letter of reference about you which you are not permitted to see.
Should you be found on University of Leicester property, we will inform the police and appropriate action may be taken.

I did not fail my PhD I was made to fail deliberately, again everything in this web site clearly prove it. I would like to remember you again that I passed my exams too.
Sending negative letters on other institutions is illegal and it is a clear an abuse of power it is typical style of the genetics dep at the University of Leicester, as you can clearly remember you have done so in the past. Being an academic does not give you the power to abuse and bully students and call people with the dirty appellative such as rubbish dick potty and idiot as it is was done and still occurring and proved on this latest communication and in the present web site, it is an entirely criminal offence.
I have the freedom to circulate in UK as much as I want and I am not banned from any institutions and it includes the university of Leicester, again it sound totally as a clear abuse of power.

I never will accept it simply because I didn’t fail it I passed my exams you should concentrate mainly on the fact the I was constantly and repeatedly bullied, insulted or searched for faults like you always have done against me, therefore I was penalised respect other students and it potentially has prejudice my thesis, you also forgotten that Giorgini was removed because he was classified by the university being inadequate in his role of supervisor, and I was never made aware what was actually wrong on my thesis,the idea of you and the rest of the gang in your dep.. was to show substantially that my thesis was wrong, the report issued by Rosato was vague and elusive without offering guidance for the student, action condemn by the academic institutions that require the university involved being clear and specific, therefore whatever would have been my corrections they would have resulted being wrong again…..

I never cried about it as my conscience in all this story has been kept clean…..I am wondering about yours, of course the court dismissed my case a judge will feel more comfortable to be in the side of the university, strangely I didn’t have even a fair trial but that is part of the corruption of these bodies; the OIA protect the university and the court in turn protect the OIA, the story is well known, probably the judge was blind or actually didn’t want to see the evidence…..I earned my PhD it’s clear and evident how things went through…..you Blake me I don’t recognised my failures my failures potentially if occurred where generated by the bullying and the treatments was reserved to me….

I couldn’t afford a lawyer therefore I had to do it by myself believe me I am also proud because I was able to do so. You are probably rich and capable to buy the justice. It seems that you don’t know rules in UK if you would read my redicolus site you would have got the answer you say you are intelligent but the intelligence of a persone is seen when somebody is able to listen and get documented before open his/her mouth, in uk you can’t sue the university you can only go through the internal complaint procedure and after that you can refer the case to the OIA if not happy with the OIA you can sue the OIA to the administrative court for a “judicial review” I know more than you and you are a very intelligent person and these are rules coming from the country where you were born… however I will explain you what is “judicial review” (in the UK) a procedure by which a court can review an administrative action by a public body and (in England) secure a declaration, order, or award. the OIA is classified being a public body, however the judge if upheld the case will order the public body in question (OIA in this case) to review the case again, as it potentially the OIA or any other public body didn’t apply the rules and regulations appropriately….this time for you the lesson is free as I like you but next time I will charge you about of any potential civic lessons

The legal aid was removed on the 1 April 2013, therefore, I couldn’t qualify for it, don’t worry that I tried to get the solicitors I didn’t wait you to suggest me for it.

You should follow the college’s or university’s own complaints procedure. If your problem isn’t resolved you may be able to complain to: the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education for universities and higher education institutions
the Education Funding Agency or the Skills Funding Agency for colleges and further education institutions.
There are other cases of students similar like mine and they had the solicitors all of them followed exactly the procedures I have been following . My memory so far is still good……you and somebody else have always made complaints about my level of English, totally the opposite of the various compliments I always received from other people out of your department, thinking that in your department instead I found most of the other foreigners students having a level of English much lower than mine, they were accepted, while your complaints and somebody else complaints (Bambos) were forwarded just to find inexistents faults against me…..
Well I thought you were able to speak Italian….I understand that I am wrong….an Italian that does not speak Italian….very bad!!
About my site, I started to build it up on the 2015 so that is what I did in more than 3 years, if I could have worked on it everyday it was completed in 6 months…. however, it showed that I work hard in everything I do and it is completely contradictory about what you have always sustained about me……

Max, please stop kidding yourself that this website has had any impact. It is thoroughly biased and selective in the way it portrays how things happened.
You were never good enough to be a Ph.D student and instead of being able to face this difficult fact after you rightly failed, you have resorted to petty attacks on University staff in order to justify your pathetic behavior.
How would you feel if everybody adopted your approach to life? We found out shortly after we admitted you that we also made a mistake about letting you onto the course. Did we act hostile to you because of this? Of course not. Whilst we realized that whilst you were certainly the least intelligent student we’ve ever had, we still did the best we could to help you because we felt sorry for you.
Max, please learn to take responsibility in life. You can’t just selectively view things in a way that suits you. If you were really honest about your complaint, you would have uploaded the entire outcome instead of just small pieces of it that you think support your argument whilst ignoring everything that doesn’t.
